Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how 11Foundry, LLC (“11Foundry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit 11foundry.com or otherwise interact with our public website. Our software products (Atlas, Beacon, Command Center, and Accelerator) are governed by their own product-specific terms and privacy notices, which are provided to authenticated users of those products.

1. Who We Are

11Foundry is a compliance technology and advisory firm headquartered at 3000 Old Canton Road, Suite 335, Jackson, Mississippi 39216, United States. You can reach us at info@11foundry.com or +1-601-326-0379.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide

When you submit our contact form, request a demo, or otherwise reach out to us, we collect the information you choose to share — typically your name, email address, company, and the contents of your message. Contact-form submissions are transmitted through Web3Forms and delivered to info@11foundry.com.

2.2 Automatically collected information

When you visit the site, we (or our analytics providers) may automatically collect:

  • Technical data such as your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, and language preference.
  • Usage data such as the pages you view, how you arrived at the site (referrer URL), how long you stay, and what you click.
  • Approximate location, derived from your IP address.
  • Cookie and similar-technology identifiers (see §5 below).

Most of this information is collected only after you grant consent through our cookie banner.

2.3 Information from third parties

Our visitor-identification provider, Apollo.io, may match your visit against business-information databases to identify the company you appear to be visiting from. This is consent-gated and never used to identify you as an individual.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the website and our services;
  • Respond to inquiries, demo requests, and other communications;
  • Understand how visitors find and use the site, so we can make it more useful;
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to security incidents and abuse; and
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We rely on the following third parties to operate the website. Each acts as a data processor under our instructions and is subject to its own privacy practices.

  • Usercentrics GmbH — Consent management platform that records your cookie preferences. Privacy policy.
  • Google LLC (Google Analytics 4) — Aggregated website analytics. Privacy policy.
  • Apollo Data Company, Inc. (Apollo.io) — Visitor-company identification and business analytics. Privacy policy.
  • Web3Forms — Routes contact-form submissions to our inbox. Privacy policy.
  • Vercel Inc. — Hosting and content delivery. Privacy policy.

Several of these providers are based in the United States. Where applicable, we and our providers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and other appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and local storage) to make the site work, to remember your consent choices, and — with your consent — to measure how the site is used.

Categories include:

  • Essential: required for the site to function (e.g., remembering your cookie-consent decision). Always active.
  • Analytics: help us understand how visitors use the site. Activated only with consent.
  • Marketing: enable visitor-company identification (Apollo.io). Activated only with consent.

You can review and change your cookie preferences at any time using the privacy widget on the site, which opens our consent management platform.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. Contact-form submissions are retained for as long as we have a reasonable business relationship with you, or as required by law. Analytics data is retained according to the default retention settings of each provider, typically 14 months for Google Analytics. You may request earlier deletion using the contact details below.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access — the right to a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction — the right to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Deletion — the right to ask us to delete your personal information.
  • Restriction — the right to restrict certain processing.
  • Objection — the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Portability — the right to receive your data in a portable format.
  • Withdrawal of consent — where processing is based on consent (e.g., analytics cookies), you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
  • Complaint — if you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@11foundry.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

8. Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All web traffic is served over HTTPS with HSTS preload, and our hosting infrastructure is protected by standard security headers including Content-Security-Policy, X-Content-Type-Options, and Referrer-Policy. No system is perfectly secure, however; we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information you transmit to us.

9. Children

Our website and services are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice (for example, by posting a banner on the site).
